Trisha Anderson and James Garland are quoted in Global Investigations Review regarding Ms. Anderson rejoining the firm. Mr. Garland believes Ms. Anderson will be a valuable asset to helping navigate the U.S. Cloud Act. He says, “Trisha has that ability to spot the pain points for both the clients and the government and help figure out a way forward. Sometimes there is no way forward and you have to fight, and that is something that Trisha can do with a lot of credibility.”

 

Ms. Anderson says that companies will increasingly need advice on U.S. government data requests. “As well the transition to cloud-based data storage, companies are collecting more and different types of personal data than ever before.
