I may be completely off-base, but being that everyone that is receiving these “suspicious packages” are people that were part of the plot against POTUS I.E. Brennan, Clinton, Obama, DWS and so on… could this be cover for them being arrested??

Report a suspicious package so the FBI has a plausible excuse for why they are there so they aren’t perp walked?

Exactly what I was thinking… the return addresses to DWS is a huge tip off, it was her computer that started all of this.
