Find the tape dispenser hanging out in one of these Cabal bitches houses, Work places,etc and you find the persons who most likely sent them.
The type of stamps used are from the newer rolls which now have a tacky sticker coating on the backs. But you are correct saliva has been linked before to criminals through the stamps they licked. Doubt it is with this case though.
