I've seen it on ABC's twatter, also NYPD scanner (not run by NYPD), so doing the rounds at least.
I heard a talking head on local news saying that every printer has a signature, so "the FBI" will be able to trace the printed address on these packages to the printer that made them. Do any anons know if this is true or not? Sounds iffy to me, or at least more complicated than that.
