Some anon posted this yesterday. A tattoo Steve-O from Jackass had (and since tried to cover). My jaw hit the ground (pic related). He always had an empty stare/evil look to me during those days. The group came across as slightly sinister. Thought it was his struggle with drugs or whatever.
