Also consider this - The packages seemed to have all originated from the NYC area, because they think the Soros package was stuck in the mailbox (i’m guessing no postmark), and the cnn package was delivered via courier.
So the “returned” package sent to DWS in Florida had to travel there from NYC, most likely
