You can get shapes and letters by searching and highlighting 0-9 individually and changing window widths. it probably spells out 'muh dick' or something prosaic like that

color printers have always been seen as a threat that needed to be tracked mostly because they got good enough to crank out passable fiat currency. color printer ID codes have been around a while
