Why are there wires on both ends? That makes no sense.
The MAILER PKG -
Why is there no postmark?
Why are there no lines cancelling out the stamps?
Why is there no bar code along the bottom front of this package?
Why put postage stamps on a package if you're not going to mail it?
How do 4 packages get hand delivered in different locations, in different states at nearly the same time?
Finally -
Who took and released these photos? No PD I know of would have done that, so that only leaves the recipients.
Were they not warned when they made their 911 call to not use any electronic device such as cell phone or camera around these things due the risk of it setting one off?
Or were they so unconcerned for some reason that they took the photos before they called the police?
