In the To label there was an 'AND' in lieu of & (ampersand). Also an extra 'ton'. And 4 extra periods.

In the From label there was a missing Rep (Representative) and a missing C. Also S at end of Florida in lieu of the A.

In the To label there was an extra space while in the From label there was a missing space.

Putting the puzzle pieces on the table. Is there some sort of comms at play here?

It is possible some of the deliveries took place days or even weeks earlier than the one that was revealed by CNN. If an ongoing investigation was being shielded from public eye, then, it would make sense the timing would now appear off.
