"KILL_CHAIN"
I keep coming back to the January 27 post by Q, pic related. Since this happened right before the SOTU speech, everyone thought it meant "Kill Chain migration." I disagree.
Block chain is the technology behind Bitcoin. The finances of the cabal were (and probably still are) being seized by executive order without warning. Do you think they didn't tell anyone when their credit cards were declined? Of course they told each other, "Hey, you need to get your money in a safe place. POTUS is seizing assets."
Where better to put the assets than the "safe" bitcoin? So, I started digging. Everyone knows that "Satoshi Nakamoto" is the "name" behind bitcoin. Everyone knows it is an alias.
Blockchain is the technology behind bitcoin. To understand what is going on here, you have to go back to the early 1980s. There was a guy named Phil Zimmerman. He developed a cryptography program called "Pretty Good Privacy" or PGP. PGP was really good for its time. It was so good that the US Govt told him he could not export it. Eventually, he was allowed to export it. You can get the latest iteration today in a program called GPG4Win. Why did they lift the export restrictions? Because he let them have their backdoor, and he was threatened with imprisonment if he even mentioned this. No, there is no sauce for this last, but it is the only conclusion that can be drawn by the lifted export restrictions.
Fast forward to the early 1990s. Nick Szabo came up with chained and encrypted transactions that eventually was refined into bitcoin (and all other crypto-currencies)… Well, let me just jump to the good stuff. You can read about the history and such here:

Except for one. I want to introduce you to "Mike Janke." He has a blog that has about 8 entries over two months, and nothing else. He claims to be ex-SEALteam 6. He founded a company called Silent Circle.
Here's an interesting article he was quoted in. Note what he says:

Guess who helped found Silent Circle with Mr. Janke. Phil Zimmerman of PGP fame.
I think these guys are behind bitcoin, and Mike Janke is the government handler/spook that's running them. I have not decided if they are black hats or white hats. Phil Z might still be harboring some resentment from being forced to open up his PGP to government snooping.
Anyway, I think this is the group that was instructed to "KILL_CHAIN" and that means to grab all the resources that were moved to the "untouchable" Bitcoin.
