frens, these days if pressed for a conventional working definition of terrorism, most peeps I know would probably end up with something like "violence in pursuit of explicit political objectives that is also indiscriminate regarding civilian and combatant targets". It works, it fits what comes to mind when we imagine terrorists since OBL.

looking at npc bitch-fagging on twitter, reminded me of the phrase above (see pic). its an older definition from when groups like Baader-meinhoff (sic) Black September (Wheathermen Ayer's bunch) and earlier groups would get chance to elevator pitch their manifesto.

The term crossed my mind trying to understand the drivel in tweet attached. Then it occured to me, the pendulum may be swinging back. Alqeda, alshabab, boko Haram the clowns and asshats know those boogeymen are passe. Hard for them to Larp and then disseminate muhhhMAGA ORANGEMAN ppl are just like Boko….. REeeeeeee…… Not to thrown baby out w. b/water, they are making terrorist/ism go back towards being associated with propaganda of the deed.
