So combining with my thoughts what (((they))) have is an org model that is structurally deficient in terms of the goals, and the deficiencies arise (in part) and are reinforced due to the narcissism that is rampant among the individuals making up the organization because the goals which are being pursued are basically money and power. yeah this pretty much covers why (((their))) shit is doomed.
