Notice the differences between the child's right and left arms?
Length of sleeve, hand position, and - crucially- the tape.
14 pieces of painter's masking tape where the right arm is firmly taped down with some precision.
The girl's left arm… not so much.
What you are looking at is a little girl, held down by one person while 2 separate people taped her arms, torso pressed tightly against the table keeping her immobilized.
