See it all the time…try to get your magnesium levels up…soak in Epsom Salts…take a small swig of Milk of Magnesia at bedtime…dramatically increase your vitamin D3…take a multi morning and night.

 

Looking into 'grounding / earthing' esp when you sleep…you'd be surprised at how much current you have radiating into your body, esp in the bedroom and how much grounding will improve your sleep. In fact look into grounding in general. Huge improvement.
