Serial Brain many times has decoded himself into technical oblivion. In reality there is NO "wall", and never will there be one.
This entire subject is, and will remain difficult to gain a clear understanding of due to literally a hundred years of propagating utter nonsense as scientific fact throughout all of academia and the public education system.
President Trump is not well informed regarding this topic, and his most urgent concerns are centered on improving the economic well being and stability of this country period.
He's NOT a "Bad Guy" in the least.
