Can they actually "make it safe" when the country will be densely covered with these transmitters.

Trump stated that the infrastructure for 5G will be put in place by the tech companies - not by the government - saving hundreds of $millions.
However, with the current "safe levels" dictated by the FCC which are hundreds of times over the limits shown to cause problems.
What controls are in place to ensure that the cymatic frequencies are used rather than the usual methods of transmitting EMF signals ???
Why has Trump allowed FCC to retain power in this? - (see video starting at 34 mins) - even insurance companies won't insure telecom companies.
Why would the US Govt follow guidelines set by the FCC that are obviously unsafe for its citizens?
