I believe Blushield uses some of the same technology Q was hinting at. Or at least they convincingly claim too. But Q wasn't telling us all to go get blushields. He was telling us that the greatest minds are working on all dimensions of implementing Scalar 5g. I believe this because I cannot imagine another way you could make 5g safe otherwise.

Its been brought to my attention that the effect this tech will have could rely heavily on how its programmed. Which sounded right to me, because I first learned about Scalar when I found The Qube. The Qube was programmed to have a positive impact on life. Hopefully when scalar goes worldwide, it will be programmed correctly as well.
