The blacks used to do much of the work in the South, but building it I'm not so sure. Did black slaves understand why they were picking fluffy white stuff? These days, they talk and perform their black antics more than they work. The simplest thing they do has to be dramatized in order to waste time, hoping someone will do it for them. Oh that's just the southern black 'culture.' They have to harmonize a tune to everything they do so it takes twice as long, but they demand preference over whites in being hired and demand equal wages.
