Justin Trudeau is a fucking lunatic and loves China… not sure but maybe the Chinese are about to make overtures to Canada re oil industry … purchase of a pipeline project/profit sharing.. all of course contingent on our gov't allowing them to set up Communist Party branch offices within our borders.
They (China) tried this last year with a company called Aecon. When word got out the purchase fell through but I could easily see them having learned lessons from that failure and be smarter when putting together a deal for our national reserve of oil.
