If assume the bombs were all sent all at the same time…. The question is how did a "RETURN to Sender" package to Holder arrive at DWS before one sent to Booker in Florida?
Its weird how all these delivery services have not been notified how the "bomb" looks and they keep dropping the packages off….
I spend some time on postal calculators checking rates for packages, envelopes, etc. I could not come up with a rate of $3.75 to have a due statement of 75 cents. Would that make 75 important?
