As a graphicsfag I can tell you those are freshly applied graphics. They are one big sticker.I lived in Miami Lakes and I can tell you those would not last a week being applied to the outside of the windows. It rains just about every day and the sun would fade these very quickly. I say they were applied to the van withing 48 hours. Give or take.
