An Activated Attacker, A Sleeper Awakened, Helps Hide C_A Involvement in Criminal Activity

A favorite tactic of the C_A is to create a real threat, shooter, bomber, etc. While their designed attacker is working, the C_A perpetrates copy cat crimes in order to hide their involvement. These copy cat crimes will get added to the activated attackers crimes, their fallguy.

These C_A "bombs" will be no different in function than the activated attackers devices, as the C_A trained/coached him/them. A single individual or small group will be involved, but the individual or group will only really be responsible for a portion of the total "bombing" event, yet all "bombs" will be applied to this "lone" individual or group.

Beltway Snipers

At 3:19 in the morning on October 24, 2002, to be exact—the FBI closed in on the snipers and their 1990 Chevy Caprice.

During the month, 10 people had been randomly gunned down and three critically injured while going about their everyday lives—mowing the lawn, pumping gas, shopping, reading a book. Among the victims was one of our own— FBI intelligence analyst Linda Franklin, who was felled by a single bullet while leaving a home improvement store in Virginia with her husband.
