Also re names…where did Sayoc come from? Cesar Altieri Sayoc…which is incorrect…the way he's been booked..as Cesar Sayoc. He also in photo as Cesar Altieri Randazzo….

In the hispanic and even philipino community the third name is ALWAYS the mother's maiden name. The name appearing in the middle would be his father's last name…if his real name is Cesar Altieri then his father's last name would be Altieri..where does Sayoc come in? Why are all his arrests under Sayoc? IS that is real last name.

And this guy, muscles aside looks EXACTLY like a Mossad operative I came across several years back.
