Don't think he wouldve painted his running boards. That's generally not advisable due to flex and other things that will chip/crack the paint. He replaced the gas cap door too. Removal of decals, full paint and new running boards would be pretty expensive. Maybe came into so monies and fixed up his POS instead of getting a new ride. Can't fully get on board with this being the same van.

Has already been dug on. Same van. New stickers placed over some of the older stickers. Can see part if the yellow ISIS sticker under the new ones.
