It must recognize that it is in the intangible ideal that the foundations are laid for all seeable good, must know that the truly practical course and the course of hard realism for America is the one that is laid basically in a generous idealism.

It has a lot of stuff in it, like Ming date-raping Dale Arden (Valley Garden, ie Eden, Earth) the female lead. The reptile alien meme, invisibility rays. The secret space program powered by uranium. The Germanic hawkman even has a pet bear (Russia).
There is a camp 80's version as well with a soundtrack by Queen. Lots of fun. Enjoy the movie written a long long time ago.
