Observation. CS team not totally focused on suspect vehicle, but opposite there is going back and forth on the other side. You can see CS techs carrying items opposite the SV and putting them in the CS tech vehicle. The camera isn't panning beyond that CS tech vehicle. I don't think a search warrant was lacking relative to this suspect vehicle, so why isn't the target vehicle being searched. All the action is opposite the SV. Some major phuckery going on at this site.

Gues, didn't an individual use this same MO. The "my co-producer" line before in another incident sometimes back. Two different vans with removable decal sun screens, one van solid white and the other pinstriped van with a bike rack. There's a good cap on the solid white van's license plate, can someone enlarge that cap.

Need to put some dig on the messenger, same line was used in another incident last year I think. Just can't remember which incident(FF) it was.
