Court records have been altered but show Sayoc was given probation/community service for the bomb threat. It also shows he received early termination of probation and a reduced cost. Community control has no record of him EVER being on probation. The case file of the bomb threat has been tampered with so there is nothing that can be believed about it including the charge ever being a bomb threat. The police affidavit being posted should be one of the first items in this file but is nowhere to be seen.
