Van is definitely outfitted in a "stealth" manner, boondocking-style.Overkill on the graphics on windows etc. Stinks of desperate cabal.

However, Q et al."have it all"…so, could this be an operation by white hats that originated from having had intercepted all comms from DS bad actors / spec. their instructions etc. to their pawns and thus L.E. /M.I. intervened & got to this C.A.S guy to have him follow a scripted operation to justify investigations of bad actors?

Not if Law Enforcement etc got to this guy and prevented a much worse (actual ) series of attacks and then use him as an asset/informant.

Its used a lot in drug cases etc.
