Has any news outlet spoken on what the specific explosive substance was inside these "bombs?" A bomb has to have explosive material in order to even BE a bomb. And the identity of the material is a significant clue as well. Has there been any mention of this aspect? I have a feeling there was no such material in these plastic things.
