The USPS Will NOT deliver any packages with INSUFFICIENT POSTAGE !!!
I mail small envelope packages all the time, and the LOWEST starting cost of First Class Postage is
$3.50 for the first 6 oz.
Those 6 flag stamps = $3.00
Even if this Patsy threw the packages into a Mailbox, the Post Office will NOT send it with Insufficient Postage !
Also, NO Cancellation Marks on the stamps means that these bogus bomb packages never went through the Postal machinery.
