I'm about to through my computer through a window or call this Cesar Sayoc a Ghost! He shows that he has been arrested in Florida 3 times before this incident. Florida has the Sunshine law which means all records are public. I never have trouble finding anything I want in Florida or Missouri. I can't find mugshots or arrest records for this guy. I have his court file and the arrest for the bomb threat has been altered/falsified. Can anyone find a mugshot for this guy regarding any previous arrest?
do you have any link or anything that I can confirm this is a legit mugshot. I have been at this all day and can't find a single thing in States that have strong open record laws

I should have no trouble finding 3 mgshots in Florida based on their laws. Here is another site but they show no record

>>3618073 Thanks anon. This seems to be the only mugshot available for a guy with many arrests and it is from a mugshot website that is suspect. Besides the drug charges he was charged with were ten years old when this mugshot was taken and the statute of limitations on that crime would have run out. This all looks planted to me
I can't find anything true, real , or concrete. Florida arrests should have been a cake walk to find info on because of the sunshine laws. I have NEVER had any trouble grabbing court, arrest, mugshot, probation info. He doesn't appear to have served probation for the purported bomb threat of 2002.
