The Van in question is for sure a Dodge full size van. I would say 98-03 vintage. I work at a Dodge dealer as a parts guy and have sold parts for them for years, so Im pretty good at IDing stuff like that. Those running boards are also pretty unique, so the argument that there are two vans is IMO spurious. They are the same van in the different pictures, with slightly different stickerage in the back windows, for whatever reason.
