Have theory that only time SSN's are left on these arrest reports in FL Public Records is when individual is "an asset". Speculation but, seems like a subtle way of communicating that up through the judiciary. One of few other times I saw this happen was a dude I knew who did something anyone else would go to jail for. I'd already suspected he was on someone's payroll and this guy was super paranoid about his identity/privacy. Pointed this out and he acted concerned but never did anything about it. Also walked away from all charges. Posting SSN on public records is not standard procedure.
