WHY hasn't the FBI made Twitter halt Cesar's Twitter page like they do to other high profile offenders? It is used as evidence so you would think they would have all his social media FROZEN!! He has 2 Twitter accounts that just post things over & over & over again…like a BOT that went wrong!
