many many MANY plea deals involve MH 'counseling'. usually just a $cam op for DUI and minor drug offenses. Urinalysis for a year, no alcohol, yada yada.
But I read the MKUltra Congressional hearings w/ Stansfield Turner and Inouye, and my blood ran cold when I saw someone as complicit and cozy w/ HRC et al was the D.A. coupled with the fact that they felt it was necessary to scrub it. I am going to go see if I can find it, any photographic memory anons may remember the accounting part with the Canadian doctor who commuted weekly. This could have been a feeder in to the pickle factory.
