I think that it was so recent that they had not been able to obtain sufficient amounts of them yet, so as to distribute throughout the venue… So they put them where they would be seen by anons as we watch the rally, as they know that we do. If it was "only" because it was a catchy phrase, or a good line (and I am sure that they got it from "us"), why not distribute them throughout the whole crowd? Why only 4ish%?
Well, I was there, and I just feel like it was - that is my "boots on the ground" feeling & observation.
I also got to meet Jenny Beth Martin of Tea Party Patriots, she came out to the line where we were waiting (early in the day) promoting a get out the vote effort. She was part of the IRS targeting of conservative groups under Hussein. That was cool, I was the only person down there who recognized her :)
