Free will. None of this information can be 'forced' on us. We have to collectively be ready for, and request it. No matter how ready we (ESPECIALLY autists & anons) are individually, the readiness of the collective takes precedence.

What if POTUS is not going to FISA, yet instead plans to DECLAS something much, much more significant than the FISA [20]?
Agreed 100%, seek and ye shall find, the choice to know is ours, always has been. That's where our free will comes in, we have to make the choice. Q will only reveal what we already have to a degree, and we have it because the collective, consciously or subconsciously, was ready for & requested it be available to find in our reality (public domain). We are a catalyst, maybe even an accelerator for the mass consciousness, yet & still, part of the collective which we need to prepare for more. By 1st, our own initiative.
