We didn't used to have a Secret Space Force. The Cabal had one. We took it over.
As for aliens, you need to understand two fundamental scientific concepts.
A. The origin of life in organic molecules, and how those self-replicating molecules can be created by natural processes.
B. Critical processes happen in dirty snowball comets as they approach the sun during their orbits.

Put the two things together and you get this:
All solar systems in all galaxies will develop organic molecules, and rain them down onto planets. All planets in which those organic molecules can form the self-replicating systems we call organic life, will do so. Therefore we are not alone.
However there are many hurdles that have to be passed to get to intelligent lifeforms. Various statistically rare accidents have to happen, but given the large number of solar systems, they are guaranteed to have happened elsewhere. It would be interesting to see a serious study that would estimate how many such planets there would be in each galaxy. Are we unique in ours, one of three or one of 20,000 such planets? Who knows?
However, space is big. Very big. We will make contact telepathically, many thousands of years before physical contact.
Another thing we now know is that the processes of planetary formation in a solar system like ours, is going to mean that all planets, moons, and asteroids are rather similar in composition. That means there will be minerals to mine, on the moon, on Mars, in the asteroid Belt. We just have to go there.
And should we choose to build ships capable of living on for hundreds of years, then we can go to another solar system and be guaranteed to find minerals there. We may not find a suitable planet to colonise, but we might be able to make one by moving stuff around.
These hairy women are offensive to close minded people. This encourages them to leave this board, because the infrastructure building that we are about to embark on after the election, requires open minded and creative individuals, who value real things like knowledge, family, making stuff (manufacturing), improving stuff (inventing new tech) and just generally, being part of the solution.
Once the revolution is won, and the Cabal is eliminated, we still have a lot of work to do and it is ENGINEERING work, not political work. It's time to put your big boy pants on.
