Experienced disruptors/distractors know how to trigger our anger and outrage.

This is Q research are particularly vulnerable to certain kinds of tactics because of the nature of the knowledge we possess, knowledge that is gut-wrenching on every level. Accepting the red pill takes us down the rabbit holes (or down many different rabbit holes). What we find there elicits shock, fury, anger, outrage.

It is very important to work through those initial reactions, not to reinforce them.

When opposition attacks trigger a strong response, do not immediately attack back. First, look at why there is such a strong response. Let yourself experience whatever arises, so you can let go of the anger, rage, etc., before responding to an attacker.

This is a non-trivial task requiring vigilance, reflection, and courage. Each individual does this in their own way.

That way, not only do distraction tactics not work, they make us stronger and more calmly resolved to defeat those who oppose us.
