I looked at the mother of Cesar, Madeline Sayoc and her businesses on FL's sunbiz search. 1st cap is the bulk of them. The highlighted businesses all had as a partner, either Albert or Carol Fader of NY. They own Boyd's Chemists in NYC.

Digging further on Carol Fader in FL for businesses, I found the second cap and 3rd cap related which correlates to other officers in the FL biz search. Here are the links:
