Just went back and watched the video where the lights go out at the White House.
I noticed at :17 mark that when the camera shows the lights that are off, there is one small light that is on.
The small lights form an oval around the table, and the one light that is one curiously is in a position to form a "Q".
Then the lights start coming back on, but the small lights don't all come on all together, they come on in a strange pattern.
Were these comms?
Can those small lights be turned on each individually to communicate to ops?
