He and his wife are involved in making movie props and movies.

Maybe his role is more involved than upstaging the President at rallies. It was intended that we should see him.

Someone has to coordinate false flags. Maybe he was the director of one or more and had been turned.

How many people plaster their vehicles with stickers? yeah a few. But out attention has been called to two plastered vans. The second one has cameras to see who notices it.

The first one has us to measure if we noticed it. Perhaps both are tools to measure the metrics of optics.

It's a movie. Both are designed to see who's watching.
