POTUS does not want to force the DECLAS. He doesn't need to. He could have declassified it all himself if he wanted to. He deferred to the IG for a reason.

This is one gray area of The Plan where I disagree with Q and POTUS. People like DiFi, and Maxine, and Chuck, and Nancy, and Hussein, and HRC, and Soros should not be allowed to keep on doing what they are doing.
