Collageanon here. Any lawfags/opinions welcome. I am debating whether or not I should contact my local FBI office for a non-custodial interview? I am diagnosed mentally ill, etc, basically, I got all the red flags. However, I am not a criminal. but I wondering if I should contact them or wait for them to contact me? I tried to call some constitutional law attorneys, but the offices are closed today. Just getting more worked up about it because of the news coverage about non-custodial interviews.
Lol. I am perfectly sane, honestly. The state just has a different story I think. I guess they are teaching us to think proactively? But based on the comments here, I will leave it alone. Thanks for the feedback. Just want to make sure I am doing the right thing.
There is no baker act in my state that I am aware of, if asked, should I submit to observation or resist it?
