Culprit is being called the “Gab Shooter”. Appears to be trending.

Looks to me like Gab was one of the targets of this False Flag.

Meaning that this event was partially motivated as “sabotoging social media competion”.

If the above theory is correct, then the higher ups at Twitter may have some involvement in this incident.
