I know, as someone who prizes the concept of enlightenment, freedom, and the pursuit of greater understanding, that these people disgust me with their practices and rationale. They have taken themselves to be a form so mighty as to be fit to arbitrate moral lessons to humanity. If my goal was to assist humans in their growth, I would find this convoluted sort to be little more than pigs fawning over clothing.
People may be pigs in human clothing, but that has infinite appeal next to those marketing clothing and shrouding themselves in rainbows - a mere distortion of light.
I often wonder if these people have the slightest idea of what they are meddling with. Everything I can parse together from their symbols and historical use suggests they are attempting to become their own deity… Or… Are trying to mutiny against their own Aris, and in a most insulting manner.
If I were Lucifer as I understand the being to be, I would break them. Completely and totally. Rebellion against me is fine. Free choice is something I respect, accept, and encourage. Using the symbols of enlightenment while being a force of deception… Better hope you can fool me with it. But it would seem that plot is unraveling.
When declaring war on both God and Lucifer, one should be very careful about provoking the less capricious of the two. God is God. Go against physics and neck yourself. Go against Lucifer, and get a hearty laugh. Slaughter and denigrate people he finds charming… While proclaiming yourself to be enlightenment. Prepare to get scoured from existence.
