IMHO they are the same person.
The bottom left pic is his natural hair.
The two middle pics he has a hairpiece. The piece base is obvious in the top middle pic.
The others I can only presume is a head tattoo. Implants can't be cut that short as far
as I know. I have never worked with them to that extent to be sure.
