there's enough swiss cheese in browsers and other related tech to reverse tunnel back into most networks, once they hit your router box or modem (if it has integrated router) can most likely access your home network. There are enough flaws in routers and no one updates them that it's not that hard to get in. Don't get me started on the OSes once they hit that level in your home network.
