POTUS mentioned in speeches last days that “China wants to make a deal but they are not ready” and spoke also the word Rocketship a couple of times

He also tweeted about Rocketship and blimp a couple of days ago.

I don’t have the time now to put things together but I think it has to do with te failed launch of China’s rocket (sattelite) / SpaxeX/ Musk and splash three and [i] and as the World turns. President Xi showing POTUS that they are ready? President Xi cleared the house? (By failed rocket laungh?)
