Looked up Beto on the FEC site. Because one of his top contributors was '2018 Senate Impact', I checked them out after looking at the who's who of Beto contributions. And yes, it looks like ActBlue is taking care of 2018 Senate Impact's fund raising efforts - ActBlue charges a fee for processing contributions.
